RFQs on ViRFQ are collected from various sources including: direct requests from buyers, international B2B platforms, and other public sources. We make efforts to verify but do not guarantee 100% accuracy.
3.2. RFQ Information Disclaimer
ViRFQ is not responsible for:
- Accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of RFQ information
- Contact information (email, phone) that may have changed
- Buyers who have found suppliers or cancelled their requirements
- Quantity, quality, or price requirements stated in RFQs
- Payment capability or reputation of buyers
3.3. RFQ Verification
Although we perform basic verification processes (spam filtering, email checking), you are responsible for verifying information before contacting or transacting.
4. Transactions Between Users
4.1. Transaction Disclaimer
All transactions between sellers and buyers occur completely independently from ViRFQ. We are not responsible for:
- Negotiation outcomes between parties
- Quality of products/services provided
- Payments, deliveries, refunds
- Disputes arising from transactions
- Losses due to fraud or deception
