Welcome to ViRFQ - the platform connecting Vietnamese agricultural exporters with international buyers. By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this document.
Please read these terms carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please stop using our services.
2. Definitions
In these Terms of Service, the following terms are defined as:
- "Platform": The ViRFQ website and application at virfq.com
- "User": Any individual or organization that accesses and uses the Platform
- "RFQ": Request for Quotation - Purchase requests from international buyers
- "Seller/Exporter": Exporters and suppliers using the Platform to find business opportunities
- "Buyer": International importers posting purchase requests
- "Service Plan": Free, Starter, Silver, Gold plans with different benefits
3. Account Registration
3.1. Registration Requirements
To register an account on ViRFQ, you must:
- Be 18 years or older, or have consent from a legal guardian
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
- Have a valid email address for account verification
- Be a legal representative of your business (if registering for a business)
3.2. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. All activities on your account will be considered as performed by you. Please notify us immediately if you detect any unauthorized access.
4. Rights and Obligations
4.1. User Rights
- Access and use features according to your subscribed service plan
- View RFQ information according to your plan's permissions
- Contact buyers through provided information (with paid plans)
- Request support from our customer service team
- Cancel your account at any time
4.2. User Obligations
- Provide truthful and accurate information
- Not share RFQ information with unauthorized third parties
- Not spam or send unsolicited advertising messages to buyers
- Comply with Vietnamese and international trade laws
- Pay all service fees in full and on time
5. Payment Policy
5.1. Payment Methods
ViRFQ supports the following payment methods:
- Domestic bank transfer (VND)
- International credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
5.2. Billing Cycle
Service plans are billed monthly or annually. Plans auto-renew unless you cancel at least 3 days before the renewal date.
5.3. Refunds
We do not support refunds after a service plan has been activated. Please use the Free plan to experience our service before upgrading.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform including but not limited to: logos, designs, text, images, source code, and data structures are the property of ViRFQ and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any content for commercial purposes without our written consent.
7. Disclaimer
ViRFQ is not responsible for:
- The accuracy of RFQ information provided by buyers
- Transaction outcomes between sellers and buyers
- Damages arising from the use or inability to use our services
- Service interruptions due to force majeure
- Violations by other users
We make every effort to verify and filter spam RFQs, but cannot guarantee 100% that all RFQs are high quality.
8. Changes to Terms
ViRFQ reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you via email or Platform notification at least 7 days before changes take effect.
Continued use of our services after new terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
