This payment and refund policy outlines the terms and conditions related to all payment transactions and refund requests on the ViRFQ platform. By subscribing to our services, you agree to comply with the policies described here.
ViRFQ is committed to providing transparent and fair payment methods. We encourage you to read this policy carefully before making any payment.
2. Payment Methods
2.1. Bank Transfer (Vietnam)
For customers in Vietnam, we accept direct transfers to the company account:

- Processing Time: 1-2 business days after payment confirmation
2.2. International Credit/Debit Cards
We accept international payment cards through secure payment gateway (Stripe):
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- JCB (some regions)
2.3. Payment Security
All payment transactions are encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS protocol. We comply with PCI DSS and do not store full card information on our servers.
3. Pricing
3.1. Service Packages
ViRFQ offers the following subscription packages:
- Free Plan: Limited access with basic features
- Starter Plan: 2,000,000 VND/month
- Silver Plan: 4,500,000 VND/month
- Gold Plan: 9,000,000 VND/month
3.2. Long-term Payment Discounts
Customers who choose 6-month payment get 10% off, 12-month payment gets 20% off total subscription cost.
3.3. Currency & Tax
Prices are displayed in VND for domestic customers. All prices include applicable taxes as required by law. VAT invoices are provided upon request for business customers.
4. Renewal Policy
Important: ViRFQ subscriptions are one-time payments and DO NOT auto-renew. Each subscription cycle needs to be manually renewed by the user.
You will receive a reminder email 7 days before your subscription expires, giving you enough time to renew if you wish to continue using the service.
To renew, go to Pricing → Select Plan → Renew and complete the payment process.
5. Refund Policy
5.1. General Policy
Due to the digital nature of the service, we generally do not support refundsafter subscription has been activated. We encourage users to try the Free plan before subscribing to a paid plan.
5.2. Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- Duplicate Payment: If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription
- Technical Error: If a technical error on our end prevents you from accessing paid features for extended periods (more than 7 consecutive days)
- Unauthorized Transaction: If your payment method was used without permission (requires investigation)
5.3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund:
- Send email to contact@virfq.com within 7 days of transaction date
- Include registered email, transaction code, and reason for refund request
- Our team will review the request within 5 business days
- If approved, refund will be processed to original payment method within 10 business days
5.4. Non-Refundable Cases
The following situations do not qualify for refunds:
- Change of mind after subscription activation
- Dissatisfaction with RFQ quality (as RFQ content comes from third parties)
- Account suspended due to Terms of Use violations
6. Cancellation Policy
6.1. How to Cancel
You can stop using the service at any time. Since plans do not auto-renew, you simply need to not renew when it expires.
6.2. Cancellation Effect
You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your account will automatically revert to the Free plan.
There are no refunds for unused days in the billing cycle.
7. Payment Disputes
If you believe there is an error in your invoice or have questions about a transaction, please contact us at contact@virfq.com before initiating a dispute with your bank or card issuer.
We are committed to resolving payment disputes fairly and quickly. Initiating a dispute without contacting us first may result in account suspension during investigation.
